Refund policy

Returns or exchanges shall be accepted in the following cases

  • Incorrect item received.
  • Damaged item received.
  • Wrong size article sent.
  • No Size Replacement will be made.

For exchanges and returns

  • We will ask you to ship the article back to us with a return form and shipping label that will be provide by us.
  • This return form needs to be filled and put inside the parcel. 
  • Once we receive the package, we will examine it and check condition of the article.
  • If all found correct, we will contact you on the phone number provided by you and initiate either refund or exchange whichever requested by you.
